Question One: Why did you choose to become a Naturalista?

BK: To be unapologetically African.

Question Two: Did you big chop (BC) or transition:

BK: I transitioned for 7 months then I chopped off my relaxed ends.

Question Three: Why did you choose the transition route?

BK: My bald head (which I have never seen), looks like a bird’s head so I couldn’t walk around like that. Nah fam!

BK: Nothing really.

Question Five: What would you have done differently? Do you regret the decision?Q

BK: Nope, I would still do it all the same. No regrets whatsoever.

Question Seven: What are your three hair staples?

BK: Aqua, mayo (yes the edible kind) and olive oil.

Question Eight: What is your go to style?
